A space for connection, grounding, and wisdom to grow
As a therapist and somatic practitioner, my goal is to provide a compassionate and grounding space where connection, trust, and inherent wisdom can grow. I will sit with you to understand and hold the space you are seeking to support your healing, relationships, and ability to restore meaning, centeredness, and joy in life.
If stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma are overwhelming your nervous system or your ability to live as your true self, therapy can be a space to ground together and take care of what is arising for you.
If you are navigating communication challenges with your partner, or you are longing to improve and heal the relationship, couples therapy can be a space to reconnect and transform the relationship to have more awareness, gratitude, and happiness again.
The therapeutic relationship I build with my clients - both individuals and couples - is incredibly important to me. I feel privileged to see my clients reconnect with their capacity to feel calm, curiosity, clarity, compassion, confidence, courage, creativity, and connectedness in their lives. My trauma informed approach integrates my training in Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, Trauma Resilience Model, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Buddhism, Mindfulness, and Yoga.
Since starting my private practice in 2018, it has been a joy and privilege to work with clients from BIPOC, LGBTQIA, femme, immigrant, refugee, Buddhist, politically radical, and creative backgrounds.
